This just in: AT&T named worst cell phone carrier by Consumer Reports
No Surprise here. According to Consumer Reports, AT&T ranked as the worst cell-phone carrier in the U.S., following a survey of 58,000 people. Not only did this leave AT&T as “the only provider to drop significantly in overall satisfaction,” it reinforces my opinion (see earlier post “Dear AT&T: You Suck) that not even Apple and the awesome iPhone can’t save the network from disgusted customers.
